Civic learning guides
Read the crawlable civic learning guides for plain-English explanations of how a bill becomes law, who controls federal, state, and local policy, how elections work, and ways to vote. The how-to guide explains the app workflow, and Daily Civic Briefings provide permanent, cited news pages.
Free policy explanations and reviewed deep dives
National Pulse explains current policy questions with linked sources and anonymous aggregate participant counts, not a representative national survey. Civic deep dives provide administrator-reviewed explainers with evidence dates, source links, and revision history. No account is required to read these public pages.
